You can sync your spreadsheet from either the web app or the mobile app. In the web app, go to Import/Export, choose Export, then select OneDrive or Google Sheets to export and sync your data. On mobile, open the Report page, select Google Sheets Sync, and choose Export to connect your sheet. Both options support real-time updates once linked.
